And I have a "i" in the upper right of the Grip. No blue arrow to select the map levels I want to Cache.
I have purchased Vmax, Geoportail, and Optional littoral maps.
So I don't understand why this is so. I should be able to cache 400000 tiles.
I want to Cache the map layers for the GR20 in Corsica down to 1/12,5k. Merci -alan

By purchasing the littoral maps option, you got the right to use provisional cache on the littoral maps. Not on the terrestrial maps. That's why, if you select the standard maps you got 0 tiles allowed.
For those maps you need the provisional cache option to use area downloading.
But remember that you can cache maps by just displaying it. Also if you are planning to follow the GR20, you can download a GPX of it and use the imported track to automatically cache tiles along the path. Or you can just do a raw manual track just that purpose.

Yes, you should ask Apple through your iTunes account purchase list page. Click on "report a problem" and explain you did a mistake purchasing a product rather than another, now purchase also.
They will refund you. Pleas confirm when refunded since I have to manually disable the littoral option on your account.

I there a way I can be refunded for the littoral maps. It was an ordering mistake. I do not need coastline maps. I only need the terrestrial maps ?

From the screenshots you sent to me, I see no provisional cache purchase. To check it out I need the IUID from the info screen.

I just purchased the "the provisional Cache option" and I am still seeing the ""0 tiles = too large Area to download"
Just sent an email to support@ with screenshots of what I see for the both the grip and my purchases/subscriptions.
