Hi,
Be sure you bought the one year geoportal subscription.
If you don’t have access to the service,
You have to restore purchases on that device, using the same iTunes/Google account that made the initial subscription.
After iPhiGéNie launch :
• touch the copyright on the tool bar to display second toolbar
• touch the info button on the right
• on the info page go to licence section and touch the « add renew » button
• on that purchase screen touch the « restore purchase » green button
• enter your iTunes/Google credential

• in licence section touch the blue button next to IUID
• send the e-mail
